WTA's Field Service Team provides before and after sales service for its full line of products. WTA recently added a Senior Field Service Engineer and an OTR Specialist, both retired from a major tire manufacturing company in the USA.

WTA Warranty includes $5 million of international and $6 million of domestic product liability insurance for all Xtreme Load, Xtreme Load USA, and Coach Master USA tires.
